SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE: Defining and creating the software necessary to do
all the various phases of the project. These can include communicating with
the upper level computer (where needed) the HMI or Human Machine Interface
and the integration of the hardware including and digital and analog I/O to the
outside world.
SYSTEM ACCEPTANCE: I can help the customer create the performance
specification for the system. This is how the customer determines when the job
is complete and when everyone gets paid.
DOCUMEMTATION PACKAGE: I can create users manuals and drawings
necessary for system support and troublshooting.
SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTNG AND REPAIR: Accomplished at the customers
location, I can help with determining their problem and effecting the
repair/replacement of the defective or wrongly selected components.
STARTUP ASSISTANCE: I can be available to do startups for machines that
require more than just motors. When integration is involved, it needs someone
with systems experience to be able to "divide and conquer" in order to make
progress and get a machine working for the first time.
MACHINE REBUILDS: I have a new 1200 square foot facility which allows me to
build or rebuild most small and mid-sized machines, offering welding, painting,
machine shop services, testing and calibration.
